day 4  DETRC Karachi Mandatory training considered promotion for HST/ SLT B-16 to HM BPS 17 Day started with recitation of holy Quran then reflection of previous day was taken by MTs afterwards MTs started official session by introducing Action plan and they define action plan in first session . After tea break MTs came towards presentation of action plan presentated by trainee teachers and then MTs gave presentation on appraisal based performance and ACR then participants prepared and draw charts and presented their topic Then all participants gave feedback in the last of session that they learnt a lot and gave positive feedback.

Alhamdulillah 3rd DETRC Mobile Workshop successfully conducted on 26-04-2018 by Resource Person: Dr-Shila Devi, on the title; Role of Assessments in Teaching Learning Process, for the teachers of the district East @ Safia GGSS Grumandar Karachi. Content about assessment shared with ppt and material provided to participants, a video about assessment showed, participants took an active part in every activity especially development of rubric. At the end workshop, participants presented their work. During the workshop, DEO East Mr. Abdul Raouf Kandhro and Deputy Director Detrc Karachi Mr. Zulfiqar Behan visited and addressed. The DETRC Karachi is highly thankful to DEO Mr.Abdul Raouf Kandhro for his cooperation and hospitality, very thanks to Mr.Kashif Akhtar Deputy Director(QA) for his strong coordination and Mr.Hamid Karim Director Secondary Schools Karachi. Alhmdulillah Free of cost a successful Mobile workshop was held @PAF Govt. Girls higher secondary school district Korangi Karachi conducted by DETRC Karachi team.

Near about 21 teachers participated in the workshop.

DETRC Karachi team reached at spot on time with full equipment like multimedia, sound system, Peñaflex banner, handout, charts papers, and markers etc. and started the workshop with holy Quran arrangements venue and seating even generator refreshments done by Principal of GGHSS PAF Madam UZMA Naeem.
