18 days mandatory training considered promotion for HSTs/SLTs BPS-16 to Head Master BPS-17 ,wef 17-12-2018 to 08-01-2019.
Day 02 started with Tilawat –e-Quran. Reflection of first day from Trainee Participants Today Leader & Leadership Style presented to make strategic Decision. Planning & Planning Cycle is discussed & learned to solve problems and also for future development. In last Trainee Participants learned the HM Role & Job Description . At the end of day training participents presented their group work.

A very fruitful meeting about future planning of 18 days training held at DETRC center today early in the morning before session presided by Mr. Zulfiqar Behan center incharge DETRC Karachi ,Mr.Zaheer Abass Chang coordinator PITE ,Dr. Shila Devi, Mr. S.M Traique, Mr.Habib Nabi, Mr. Amjad shared ideas for making a conducive environment and effective sessions.
