Training start with Tilawat e Quran, pre-test , Later introduction of Master Trainers and course participants CPs done with objectives of training for DEBT for Education Conversion (DFEC): Like Skills Based Education Training first day task achieved successfully. Honourable Director Mr. Hamid Kareem & Deputy Director Mr. Kashif Akhtar visited the center & satisfied to observe Conducive Environment @Center. During training session Monitoring Team of PITE &TTI Madam Tahseen Latif , Mr. Dilawar Khan,Afaq Ahmed ,Mr.Shahab were present @ center. Mr Zulfiqar Behan Deputy Director DETRC Karachi welcomed all participants and guests.

عالمی یوم اساتذہ کے موقع پر کچھ عظیم اساتذہ کا ذکر

ایل ایس بی ای کی مسلسل تین ہفتے کی ٹریننگ سے جہاں بہت کچھ سیکھنے سکھانے کو ملا وہیں کچھ ایسے عظیم اساتذہ سے وقت گذارنے کا کچھ موقع ملا جن سے ملنے کے بعد پھر سے دل میں ایک امید کی کرن رونما ہوتی ہے اور دل کہتا ہے کہ ابھی بھی اس باغ کے باغبان باقی باقی ہیں
محکمہ تعلیم میں گذشتہ پانچ سال میں کئی اساتذہ و افسران کے ساتھ وقت گذارنے اور بہت کچھ سیکھنے کو ملا جن میں سے یقینا کچھ نام ایسے بھی ہیں جن کے ساتھ رہ کر کبھئ بھی بڑے چھوٹے کا احساس نہیں ہوا بس ایک ٹیم اور ایک بڑے بھائی اور رہبر کا احساس ہوا اور اس دوستانہ ماحول میں پھر سیکھنے کا ایسا ماحول بن جاتا ہے کہ خوف سے نکل کر صرف منزل کی جانب نگاہ رہ جاتی ہے
یقینا میں اپنے محسنین میں سے ڈائریکٹر سیکنڈری اسکولز سر Hamid Karim صاحب، ڈائریکٹر پرائمری اسکولز سر Muhammad Saleem صاحب، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر QA سر Kashif Akhtar صاحب کا ذکر کرنا چاہتا تھا جنہوں نے ہمیشہ یہی احساس دلایا کہ اگر آپ محنت ، لھن اور سچائی کے ساتھ کام کرو تو منزلیں اور مستقبل آپکا ہی ہے اور قوم کا مستقبل آپ کے ہاتھوں میں ہے،

آج ان تین ہفتوں کی ٹریننگ کے دوران مجھے ایسی ہی ایک اور شخصیت کے ساتھ وقت گذارنے کا موقع ملا جن سے میں نے دوستانہ ماحول میں رہتے ہوئے کام کرنے کا گُر سیکھا، جو کبھی بڑے چھوٹے کا فرق کئے بغیر سب کو ایک ہی ٹیم سمجھ کر کام کرتے ہیں ان کو تقریر کیلئے اگر پانچ منٹ بھی دئے جائیں تو اس میں بھی اپنے تمام اسٹاف بشمول چوکیدار، نائب قاصد کے ذکر کو اپنے اوپر لازم سمجھتے ہیں ، جو اپنے اسٹاف کی عزت کو ہی اپنی عزت سمجھ کر کام کرنے کا گُر جانتے ہیں، جو دوستانہ ماحول میں کم وقت میں بغیر وسائل کے بھی کام کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں
جی ہاں میں اس وقت Detrc Karachi کے ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر سر ذوالفقار بیہن کا ذکر کررہا ہوں
جنہوں نے صرف ایک سال میں اپنے ادارے DETRC کو آسمان کی بلندیوں تک پہنچادیا اور ایک گمنام ادارے کو اتنا کام دلوایا کہ اس وقت شہر میں ہر ٹریننگ سے پہلے DETRC کا نام ضرور لیا جاتا ہے
یقینا اس تمام شہرت کا کریڈٹ آپ کے نام جاتا ہے کہ آپ نے ادارے میں بیٹھ کر آرام کرنے کے بجائے ادارے کو قوم کی امانت سمجھتے ہوئے اسے فعال بنایا اور تعلیمی اداروں کو تعلیمی مرکز بنانے میں اپنا کردار ادا کیا

The day started as usual per plan, after lunch break, evaluation and post test conducted smoothly.

A beautiful closing ceremony was celebrated with role play, reflections and pictorial presentations.

Respected guests were Mr.Kashif Akhtar Deputy Director, Secondary School Education Karachi,Mr.Dilawar Khan,Madam Tahseen Latif and Syed Afaque Ahmed addressed to CPs of training.

اس دوران سندھ جی پی ای 2 ، ٹیکنیکل مشن * ورلڈ_بینک * ٹیم کے ساتھ مسٹر ہارون لغاری ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر ٹی ٹی آئی کے ساتھ جی ای سی ای اور ڈی ای ٹی آر سی قاسم آباد کراچی کا دورہ کیا۔
جناب ذوالفقار بہان ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ڈی ای ٹی آر سی کراچی نے تمام معزز مہمانوں کا استقبال کیا۔

ورلڈ بینک کے وفد نے اساتذہ کی تقرری ، کارکردگی اور ترقی کے طریقوں اور تشخیص کے عمل ، درمیانی درجے کی تعلیم کے انتظام کی آپریشنل صلاحیت ، ٹی ٹی آئی ، سی پی ڈی ماڈل اور تشخیصی نظام پر تبادلہ خیال کیا۔

Scheduled sessions/activities were ongoing with full spirit of learning enthusiasm during the session one Sindh GPE2, Technical Mission of *World_Bank* team along with Mr.Haroon Laghari Additional Director TTIs visited GECE and DETRC Qasimabad Karachi.
Mr.Zulfiqar Behan Deputy Director DETRC Karachi welcomed all honourable guests.

World Bank delegation discussed teacher placement, performance and promotion practices and assessment process, operational capacity of mid-tier education management, TTIs, CPD model and assessment system.

Honourable guests observed and asked questions from training participants .

Today Mr.Haroon Leghari, Additional Director Teacher training institutes Sindh along with Mr. Abdul Qadeer Soomro,Principal GECE QASIMABAD KARACHI visited center.

He emphasized the trainees to replicate the learned content in their respective institutions.

He appreciated interactive teaching learning process and managerial efforts of Mr.Zulfiqar Behan Deputy Director *DETRC_Karachi*

Today Madam Bushira Mirza , Assistant Director QA visited center and shared views with training participants.
